3 DAY Right to Cancel

Student Payments
If for any reason you decide you do not want to continue with your enrollment process and want to cancel your registration and receive a refund of the registration fee, you may do so within 3 business days of submitting your registration payment.

We determine the 3 business days by counting from the date of your registration payment.

Sundays and holidays do not count as a business day.

Example #1: If you register on a Friday, we count the 3 day period as follows:

   Saturday - Day 1
   Sunday - not counted
   Monday - Day 2
   Tuesday - Day 3: You must submit your cancellation by midnight of this date in order to receive a refund.  

Example #2: If you register on a Friday AND there is a legal/federal holiday on Monday, then we count the 3 day period as follows:

   Saturday - Day 1
   Sunday - Not Counted (Sunday is not a business day)
   Monday - Not Counted (A legal holiday)
   Tuesday - Day 2
   Wednesday - Day 3:  You must submit your cancellation by midnight of this date in order to receive a refund.

EXPLANATION:
If you wait beyond the 3rd business day, NO refund will be issued.  We wait until the 4th business day after your registration to establish your file, order the printing of your enrollment package and placing orders for your initial student materials.  Due to this we will not refund your registration fee on or after the 4th business day!
